We currently ship within Australia only. For international orders, please visit our Etsy store.
Deliveries vary. We currently dispatch orders on Saturday, regardless of when you place your order. Within Australia, deliveries can take anywhere from 2 days to a week. All overseas orders can take up to a month. Depending on where your parcel is, we usually find customs can hold your parcel for a few days before they clear it. Please be patient.
All our parcels are sent with tracking. You can check directly at www.austpost.com.au and track your parcel directly from there. There may be a slight delay in receiving your parcel, especially if it gets stuck in customs. All parcels sent from Turkey are sent by PTT Posta with tracking.
Please contact us as soon as you can. Take photos of the package or box as well as the damaged product. You may also be required to either send photos or visit your nearest post office with the damaged item so we can lodge a claim with the postal service.
